The common misconception is that we strain a lot and that causes
our veins down there to bleed and suddenly, we have enlarged veins
that are suddenly hemorrhoids! This straining is from bowel movements
normally or can even be from pregnancy in women, too.

A lot of people are wondering …” Did nature just do a blunder here?”

After some intensive research both in the world of alternative
therapies, I’ve come to conclude that hemorrhoids are actually our
bodies response to imbalances caused by modern day pollutants
and practices that human bodies are not designed for.

Let’s take for example processed foods and sugars. Our bodies are not
designed for intaking such a high volume of this.

Examples include:

- White Flour
- High Fructose Corn Syrup
- Hydrogenated Oils
- Refined Sugars

Naturally for many millenniums, we evolved with eating predominantly
hunter/gatherer style foods. This was mostly fruits, greens, nuts,
fish, and other whole foods.

Even agrarian society foods are closer to what we’re designed for
than the mass industrial foods of today.

So when we consume all this refined stuff, our stool naturally takes
a response to it. We then experience constipation, straining, etc
and some of the other “root causes” for hemorrhoids.

Now, these elements are not enough to cause it, there’s also the
issue of how we regulate and perform bowel movements. Check out
section 8 of the H Miracle System and see what I mean on the
illustration.

That’s the kind of stuff that needs to be reversed immediately to
shrink a hemorrhoid regardless of the cause.

So what’s a practical action to take?

If you have a hemorrhoid that is bleeding or itching, progress to a
predominantly vegetarian diet, add sweet potatoes/yams, and start
to bring refined sugars out of your diet. Just for a few days while
you’re doing the remedy process of H Miracle. 3-4 days should be good.

Now given this practice… there’s only a limited time that I urge
you to completely shrink the tissue and cure it for good. Once it’s
remedied for good, you can revert fully back to your normal diet.
